I led the product team in launching a digital enhancement to the A-List Preferred experience: visible drink coupons right on the digital boarding pass.

The Feature

Starting at check-in, eligible A-List Preferred customers are greeted with a special display: 2 free premium beverages on eligible trips. Just show your digital boarding pass to the flight attendant to redeem.
