I led the product team in launching Digital Same Day Change in the Southwest app and mobile website, bringing flexible travel options to customers’ fingertips.
What Launched
Customers on premium fare tickets and A-List members can now:
- Same Day Standby - Join the standby list for an earlier flight
- Same Day Confirmed Change - Move to an open flight instantly
- Pay fare differences easily for Wanna Get Away tickets

- Select your preferred flight and confirm
