What Launched
Same Day Self-Service Standby List
Customers can now join an earlier flight’s standby list directly in the app. If you find yourself running early, you can potentially get on an earlier flight and get more time back in your day.
Switching between non-stops is as easy as a tap.
Free Inflight Internet for Business Select
The already-flexible Business Select fare now includes complimentary inflight internet. Get more work—or fun—done while flying.
Easier A-List Preferred Sign-In
The Southwest Inflight Portal is now even easier to use when signing in for internet with A-List Preferred or Business Select benefits.
Command Center Launch
This was a significant activation that required Command Center coordination. Many team members worked through the night to ensure a smooth launch, with our valued partners supporting the effort.
