I led the product team in launching a set of flight shopping improvements designed to help customers find great fares faster.
Discount Code Support
Customers can now shop with discount codes on our Low Fare Calendar on desktop. Discount codes are available during sale events and through select promotions for eligible Chase Cardmembers.
Non-Stop Prioritization
We now sort non-stop flights to the top of shopping results across all platforms:
- Southwest app
- Mobile web
- Desktop web
This simple but powerful change helps customers quickly identify the most convenient flight options without scrolling through connections.
Customer Value
These improvements reflect our ongoing commitment to making fare shopping easier. When customers can find great fares faster, everyone wins.
Deal Alerts
We also encourage customers to sign up for Deal Alerts via email or SMS to catch our best promotions as they happen.
Non-stop flights now sorted to the top across app, mobile web, and desktop, making it even easier to find great low fares.
