The Digital Team launched a new Digital Advisor feature using Qualtrics. This low-code solution quickly delivered key travel preparation information to customers.
The feature represents one phase of testing enhanced customer preparation methods across the entire journey, spanning web, mobile app, email, kiosk, and airport signage touchpoints.
During its first week, over 1,000 customers leveraged this feature to better be prepared for travel.
